2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website ("Build a bot") to build or upload bot scripts, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the Site immediately.

3. Ownership of Uploaded Scripts

When you upload scripts ("Content") to this Site:

• You acknowledge that the uploaded Content is no longer exclusively owned by you.
• You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use, display, distribute, modify, and allow other users to use your Content for creating and operating bots.
• You acknowledge and accept that your Content will be stored in our database indefinitely unless removed at our sole discretion.

4. User Rights to Created Bots

Other Users of the Site may freely use any scripts uploaded by you to create and operate bots for as long as the script remains active and accessible on the Site. Users do not, however, obtain exclusive rights or ownership over the scripts they utilize.

5. Content Responsibility

You confirm that:

• You have the right to upload any Content you submit.
• The uploaded Content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your Content.
• We reserve the right to remove any Content we find inappropriate or violating these Terms at our discretion.

6. Modification and Removal

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the availability of any uploaded Content.
• Remove or disable access to Content at our discretion, for any reason or no reason, without liability.
